Jenn pulled off to tease his lover. “Wake up bossy, don’t you?”

“I’m busy right now, Cathy.” A pause as he listened. “Yes, I’m having sex. Now stop calling unless the hotel catches on fire. I’ll meet you for lunch later.” After a few more goodbyes, Billy hung up.

Jenn wrapped his right leg across Billy’s legs and his arm around his waist. “She’s protective of you.”

“Yeah. We’ve been friends forever.” Billy yawned and snuggled back against him. “She was there when I didn’t have anyone else.”
